When do you ship the goods?

Great question. We ship on Monday and Tuesday to ensure our products don’t sit at the warehouse too long and are the freshest they can be. 

 What shipping option should I pick?

If you live west of the Mississippi, we highly recommend choosing two-day air. Otherwise, ground shipping to those areas can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.

How is the product packaged?

Very carefully of course. Every package starts off hand packed with gloves. We then shrink wrap the product, put it in butcher paper, seal it with a sticker and ensure that it’s temperature controlled with dry ice.

Do you provide hand delivery?

For local neighbors we do! If you live within 12 miles of our location, we’ll arrange delivery to your door for a flat rate $5 fee.

 How do you thaw and cook our products? 

All products will thaw safely in your refrigerator until you are ready to cook. If you need to hurry the thawing process, you can submerge the sealed bags in cold water and replace the water every 30 minutes.
